A good first four weeks with paigealmendariz  following her ACL reconstruction in Portugal. 

A professional footballer at sportingclubedebraga she's made great progress since joining us on week 2, and is currently working on her strength loads after ticking off her first phase targets of -
▪️ Flexion 125 degrees 
▪️ Full extension 
▪️ Good quads activation 
▪️ Significant reduction in effusion
▪️ Normal gait

Paige is here four times a week for a few hours, and the music playlists are keeping us going 🎶
