It's week 12 since patient claudiaking05 had her surgery under Mr Sam Church fortiusclinic 

After dislocating her patella following direct trauma, she had left tibial tubercle medialisation and distalisation and a reconstruction of her medial patello-femoral ligament.

Desperate to get back to competitive swimming she has thrown herself into the rehab. After six weeks in a brace where she was only allowed very basic rehab/strength work it got a little more interesting! 

Six weeks of unilateral lower limb strength work and chasing some lost knee flexion alongside some gait re-ed and she is doing very well after such significant surgery 👌
