## Caption

Valentin is two months into rehab following his surgery for Chronic Exertional Compartment Syndrome. 

He had an open anterior and antero-lateral fasciotomies under Mr James Calder at fortiusclinic. This was the recommended intervention after he had undergone pressure tests with drrickseah and shown abnormally high pressures. 

His week two and week six wound pictures don't look too different but he is now back running after a six week programme of gait re-education, ankle mobility, soft tissue work and gradual return to strength work.

Next steps will involve return to sport rehab (⚽️ mainly) and hopefully his shin pains that had stopped him playing will be resolved for good.
