You may have seen @alexander.lemel and his journey through injury in recent months on our socials. He's Chief Setter @mileendclimbing, the UK’s oldest dedicated climbing wall based in the East End of London, and is responsible for arranging holds onto the wall to create challenges for climbers.

In our latest guest blog, Alexander takes us through his recovery from injury and how impacted his job and sport is without full mobility.

You can find it in our bio above ⬆️ and also by heading to our website www.lewinclinic.co.uk/blog/journey-through-injury-alexander-lemel/
