So, starting with the ever-capable hands of our resident soft tissue therapist here is Emma Davis-Harrod aka essex_massage_therapies.⁠

Emma trained in 2003 in massage and has gained numerous qualifications in various types of soft tissue therapy.⁠
⁠
Growing up, Emma was a competitive dancer regularly appearing in competitions and shows. Her family life was very much football based which, along with her dancing background, has given her a good understanding of the frustration when time is spent away from activities due to injury and the importance of being in peak condition.⁠

Emma who also works in a consultancy role for arsenalwfc and is actively associated with saffron_waldentownfc in the essexseniorleague.⁠
⁠
Emma has a keen interest in anatomy and physiology and has a wealth of experience working with non-professionals and professionals treating all areas of the body.⁠
