We're well into ski season now and having a few people coming to the clinic who aren’t necessarily ‘injured’ who are beginning to realise they may not be ready for the slopes physically 💪🏻 . ⁠⠀ .

We focus on lower body sessions focussing on ski positions, quads strength/glutes strength and trunk stability alongside making sure that landing mechanics are assessed/trained. .

Lots of single leg landings testing hip-knee-ankle stability and improving confidence help too. .
