"We never look at just one thing; we are always looking at the relation between things and ourselves. Our vision is continually active, continually moving, continually holding things in a circle around itself, constituting what is present to us as we are." —⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ John Berger

Berger's reflections are the inspiration for our current exhibition "Ways of Seeing: Three Takes on the Jack Shear Drawing Collection." Over the course of the exhibition, there will be three distinct curatorial installations to bring Berger’s words to life, revealing in real time the role of personal vision in the presentation and reception of art.

The first installation, curated by artist, curator, and President of the Ellsworth Kelly Foundation Jack Shear, is on view through November 7. Plan your visit via the link in our bio!
