“A few years ago I started meditating, and that led to a series of vivid dreams. In one dream, I was sitting in a dark room. I could feel myself sliding backward through my own body until I ended up looking at the back of my own head. Then I slid forward again and through my original body. I could feel the other self behind me looking at me. The dream led to a new piece.” - Jonathan Ehrenberg

Jonathan Ehrenberg lives and works in New York. His work has been shown at MoMA PS1, Sculpture Center, New York; and The B3 Biennial, Frankfurt.

Open Sessions is a two-year program which provides opportunities for selected artists to contextualize work and ideas through exhibitions, public programs, and critical dialogue, organized by Rosario Güiraldes and Lisa Sigal, Open Sessions Curators.
