In The Drawing Center's Drawing Room gallery, Anglo-French artists, Alpha and Chris Mason, known as Hipkiss, are exhibiting Bulwark, which includes their series The Towers (2015–ongoing), drawings that resemble imposing skyscrapers from afar, though close inspection reveals botanical and insect worlds, cryptic texts and man-made elements!

We will speculate and discuss connections or associations the work may evoke—chakras, acupuncture maps, allegories– and make drawings within circular templates combining weeds, herbs, flowers, tree forms with motifs from personal sensibility and imagination.
