STAFF PICKS: Looking for a bite to eat in SoHo? Here is a neighborhood gem. Each Wednesday we will post a Drawing Center food fav. 
There are La Colombes dotted all over New York, so it might seem redundant to suggest you stop by La Colombe Torrefaction, the closeby TriBeCa location. On the other hand, as a fan of dense, gooey cookies and bitter beverages I felt I should alert Drawing Center visitors to its presence. La Colombe Torrefaction is a short walk away and is known for having some of the best coffee in the city. Bright, with a green wall emblazoned with the signature dove bearing an olive branch that adorns all La Colombe products, this smaller location is an option for those looking for a quality coffee fix in the area, along with any number of fresh baked goods on the side.
