Ah, spring. Does anyone remember spring? We shot this photo last May with a Leica 40mm f/2 lens mounted on our Sony A7R II with our Leica M to Sony E-mount DLX Stretch adapter. This adapter allows you to manually adjust the back focus of the lens, allowing you to focus closer with any Leica M lens.
