We stand in solidarity with UCU and staff striking today 🪧📢

The action is being taken to fight for:
▪️	The closing of the gender, race, and disability pay gaps
▪️The end to precarious employment practices (eg zero-hour, hourly paid, and short term contracts)
▪️Reasonable workloads and fair pay
▪️A right to a fairly-managed pension and the reversal of cuts of at least 35% to existing pension benefits
