I met my husband when I was 15, he was 18. 👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏽 We got married, he joined the Navy ⚓ and i went to nursing school.⠀
👩🏼‍🎓⠀
5 kiddos later-🧑🏽🧑🏽👩🏽👩🏽🧑🏽 he retired from the Navy and went to work as a Postal Clerk 🇺🇸 while I went to Law School.⠀

Our nest was emptying, so we started fostering ❤ After 9 long term placements and 6 years, we came across a sibling set of SEVEN who needed a home 🧑👩👧👦👱‍♀️🧒🧒⠀
They've given us a second chance at parenting, we've given them a second Mom and Dad. 👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏽⠀
