Seeing the bias being broken can be close to home. Team Leader Neha Sharma notes that coming from a traditional yet progressive family, her mother has actually broken a lot of biases in her life. 

“I owe my sense of independence to her. She fought with her family for her higher education, she was the first woman in my family to learn how to drive a car, and she was the first in our family to send her daughter abroad.
