Shoutout to @justmima4  for telling me on the plane ride over I needed to eat spicy Jolloff rice… and thank you to @iamthatpj for making sure I was introduced properly… and shout out to chef Michael for the amazing late night meal! 

I haven’t had any other countries Jollof yet so Nigeria 🇳🇬 is WINNING!
