The Universal Studios Property Department offers one of the largest, most diverse collections of props for all production needs, including new media, student productions, and events. The department began over a hundred years ago and is regularly refreshed with new stock from Universal productions. The main self-service warehouse spans three floors with 100,000 square feet and another 25,000 square feet of inventory housed on the backlot, including: furniture, household items, office and restaurant equipment, hardware, light fixtures, handprops, statues and more.
