In 2019, I retired from the washingtonspirit and the life of playing professional team sports. I missed the camaraderie, passion, and energy from my coaches and teammates. I missed striving for a goal as a collective. Now, in 2022, I have found my team again…this time as the mental performance coach for masonwsoc 💚💛

Shaping and influencing the minds of high performing athletes and students is a dream come true.
