Officially completed the Arctic Circle 5k. Super proud, sweaty and frozen!!!
Temp: 20 degrees F
Race Course Conditions: 25 inches of packed snow over a frozen lake with occasional dog sled dodging (see video)

When I look back on the past year, it’s incredible to think about all the places I have worked out. On the back of a boat in Halong Bay, Vietnam, along the Mekong River in Laos, on the dirt fields of Nigeria, through the parks of Mexico City, meeting the sunrise in Thailand, stumbling into a road race on Martha’s Vineyard, through fishing villages in Borneo, on rooftops in Puerto Vallarta, and so many more. I feel so grateful to live this life, to have my health, and be ready to run.....wherever this adventure takes me!!! #noexcuses
