Today was a struggle. Training was hot and very hard. My clothes were soaked with sweat and my legs ached. I was far from perfect but I kept telling myself to just keep running. So I ran and ran

Then we had lifting. It took all my strength to pull my body up. It sure wasn’t pretty. It was GRITTY. But it got done - and THAT is what matters most
