How often do we actually take time away and “retreat” ourselves?✨
We constantly put ourselves to work, we come up with endless ideas to get to the next level and we can be in a mode of go, go, go…but sometimes you just need to get away and clear your mind to be ready for those big shifts in life!❤️
Yesterday I decided to hold my first ever retreat for myself. I checked myself into chateau_elan and spent my time doing things that I felt like doing:
Getting a massage, going into a steam sauna, laying on a hammock soaking in the sun, journaling how grateful I am for all of these new opportunities that align in my life, checking out a salt therapy infrared sauna and enjoying alone time in the hot tub. It was everything!✨
I came home feeling refreshed and ready for everything that comes my way. Mindset training combined with taking time to retreat yourself is a complete game changer and I’m here for it!🫶🏼
