In honor of Idaho Preferred Month, I’m trying to take some steps to learn some of the local restaurants that are really focusing on ground to table efforts. These are restaurants that are doing their best to support local agriculture and bringing it from the farm to their table. We went to peacefulbelly in Caldwell on our ag-venture tour. What and amazing experience. And I’m not just talking about the local cider 😉
