How are you fairing with these gray days? 
I personally find winter and sunless days to be kind of a comforting experience. But a lot of my friends struggle. If you’re feeling those seasonal blues, what do you do to make yourselves feel a little better? I’m sure there’s a lot of people who would love some advice on that. Idaho stays gray A LONG TIME.

I’ve heard good things about boisesaltsanctuary though I’ve never been. 

You know I love perspireeagle for infrared treatment. 

I’d love to find a place that had a great steam room. 

Also I find that eating copious amounts of carbs seems to up my mood quite a bit. Just saying.

What are your suggestions?
