Many of your DMs regarding theboisebubble episode 12 “Housing Market Update 2021” are making me laugh so hard. The shared struggle! 😆😭 We honestly planned on building our “dream home” after we had been in this house for 10 years. A nice Craftsman on some land. That’s doable right? Whelp it’s been 10 years and….. um, we will just make this home our dream home. 😂 So much equity…. nowhere to go. 

I LOVE to stalk my neighborhood Zillow to see what people are selling for. Over and over again I whisper “WTF”.

Honestly it’s crazy. Let’s just all agree. We ALL know this is crazy town. Fastest housing pricing increase in the NATION. Right here in the Treasure Valley.
