The Donut + Dog GIVEAWAY!
Yay! thedonutanddog has officially arrived in Meridian and opens Wednesday! This eatery become famous in Nashville for their Brioche donuts, insane hot dogs, and craft beer. The owners had a feeling that its next move should be right here. Aren’t they smart? Last night we headed to a VIP Event to find out if their donuts and dogs (not eaten together by the way) are worth all the hype. And yes. Yes they are. (The owners loved Idaho so much, they decided to make their own move here permanent. Welcome!)
Here are the details -
“The Donut + Dog creates 20hr. Brioche donuts, light to the bite, rich center, while not being heavy or overly sweet. Flavors and looks so unique you don’t know to eat before you step out the door, or video for your friends to see. 
Now to the “dogs” - International flavors made from the best ingredients available. Hot Dogs that snap with our own flaky, crisp Brioche bun (Lobster Roll married Texas Toast)… drooling yet?
If that isn’t enough, we pair it all with a full organic espresso bar coffee including cold brew & nitro on tap, and award winning craft draft beer!”

They’ve created a fantastic location with a fun vibe, right in the heart of villageatmeridian (next to Athleta). WEDNESDAY is the GRAND OPENING! 10am - free donuts for kids under five while supplies last. Gift bags for the first 50 customers.
