If you’re on a staycation in the Treasure Valley, you want go to one of the best restaurants around! Especially when the chateaudesfleursofficial has a new addition... Roghani’s Restaurant!
The family that owns this gorgeous venue has updated their previously lovely restaurant with new interior elements and a move towards “international cuisine with a global quilt of flavors”. It’s exciting to see the menu expand week by week. We would say it’s now a combination of fine dining and comfort food. Celebrating the harvest from the Chateau’s own gardens. And unique menu items are a reflection of the families travels and culture. Menu currently includes escargot, mediterranean style fried calamari, baked brie in croute, poutine confit, Summer Greek salad, and Italian stuffed chicken breast. Also duck breast with duck confit, a Persian Cornish game hen, ribeye, lamb shank, Persian kabobs, lobster risotto and a vegan lasagna. We just can’t get over that this level of cuisine is right here in the Treasure Valley.
Oh! And the desserts! Our server recommended a simple sundae, which didn’t seem extremely exciting, but we were blown away by the combination of flavors. Also the lemon tarts could have come straight from Paris, and the bread pudding some of the best we’ve ever had. We were already stuffed by the time dessert came, and we finished every bite. 😂
And did we mention that they have their own vineyard in Caldwell and produce an amazing wine?

We love that the menu considers gluten-free, lactose free, vegan, vegetarian, keto, Halal, kosher guests.

We’ve said it before and we will say it again, if you haven’t been to the Chateau des Fleurs for dinner, you need to put it on your bucket list. Even if it’s just appetizers and drinks. Well and dessert. Keep coming back, we will update you when the menu adds more items!
