Heads up Meridian! texasdebrazil is OPEN! And it’s freaking beautiful. Not to mention mouth watering. Located at villageatmeridian right as you enter from Eagle Rd, next to H&M. Texas de Brazil is authentic Brazilian steakhouse “as bold as Texas”. All of their meats are cooked the gaucho way - over an open flame with natural wood charcoal. Just sit back and let these meets find their way to you. The salad bar can keep you busy on its own, with every side and you can imagine. Lots of gluten-free options as well. Chef-crafted salads, roasted vegetables, imported cheeses and charcuterie. House-baked cheese bread, garlic mashed potatoes and fried bananas. Turn your card to green, and expert carvers generously serve you sizzling beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage. Turn your card to red to take a break. Make sure to try the signature cocktail – the Caipirinha. Servers are always standing by to accommodate any request. Oh!
