Oh yum. We finally tried out tazikis_eagle and it was as good as everyone says. This Beautiful, spacious new mediterranean deli offers truly fresh and healthy meal options. You can head in for lunch for their handcrafted gyros, sandwiches, soups and salads, grilled veggie plate, or one of their grilled meat “feasts”. This lovely September weather lens perfectly for lunch on their patio. But what we are most excited about, is their “To Go Meals - dinner for 4”. It seems like everyone has one night a week that is just impossible. For us it’s Wednesday. Everything seems to fall on Wednesday, and that means dinner is usually pretty difficult. So tonight we decided to try out these to go meals. We called ahead, placed an order, and brought dinner ready to go. You guys - this is a game changer. This is a completely ready meal for your family that is actually healthy (no for real) and delicious. And it says dinner for four, but that is definitely a large dinner for four adults. Each meal includes a (HUGE) Greek salad with dressing, roasted new potatoes or basmati rice, choice of soft pita or baked pita chips and your choice of meat. Either grilled chicken breast, herb roasted pork loin or chargrilled lamb.  Each meat comes with its own sauce. (Such as taziki, tomato chutney aIoli, or skordalia.) You can also add fresh grilled vegetables if you’d like. And the prices are awesome. You can get the chicken meal for $27! That’s o lot o food. We were so impressed. Pretty sure this is going to be at least an every other week solution to our busy schedules. We recommend picking up some hummus as well, just because everything is better with hummus and theirs is dang good. Taziki’s Mediterranean Café is located at 1592 East Riverside Dr. - did we mention it’s locally owned? They also offer catering, which we may be doing very soon.... 🙌🏻 Have you been to Taziki‘s yet?
