Guys! Have you been to Nampa’s brick_29 recently? We walked in last night and couldn’t believe the transformation! With its new third story location overlooking downtown Nampa, it’s bright and urban, lively and sophisticated. The entire restaurant has a fun and funky feel, exposed kitchen areas, eclectic lighting and artistic copper work (copper is the 29th element!). We love that the artwork throughout the restaurant are original pieces, depicting the Brick 29 Bistro team members in their animal alter ego. 🙌🏻 And the food, as always, is some of the best you’ll find around. “Comfort food elevated.” Brick 29 Bistro has a loyal following - and they’ve done so with their  engaged hospitality and offering a  consistent (and progressive) culinary experience. They strive to prepare locally-grown foods and search out local farmers, bakeries and suppliers for long lasting relationships. (Kind of love that.) The entire menu is intentional, and memorable. Lots of “yummy” sounds from guests around us. 😀 We recommend for appetizers the 
Spicy garlic Calamari steaks. B29 Fries-  with swiss fondue. And the BLT Pizza - 
For entrées try the Blueberry Pork Sirloin, Hagerman Trout, Bistro Chicken and Asparagus Squash Raviolis. The Citrus Salad is  incredibly refreshing. And don’t leave without dessert! Deconstructed German cake along with crème brûlée should not be missed. We’re mad we waited this long since the remodel to return to Brick 29 Bistro. We had the best time. (Our server was kind of amazing.) We will be returning often! Are you a brick_29 fan? What do you recommend?
