Hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful Memorial Day Weekend! With this weather - we know a lot of you have headed into the mountains. 
We mentioned a couple weeks ago that we were complying a list of camping ideas for you with the help of Jason from boisetrailpics. Tragically - the day after he sent us the draft list of ideas - he passed away. We are going to give you that list as he sent it. It isn’t complete and we had a lot of questions that we didn’t get a chance to ask. If you outdoorsy types have additional information, suggestions, clarifications, favorites or options on where to camp this summer - please let us know in the comments. We have a feeling that Jason would love seeing us all out enjoying this gorgeous home of ours. Here you go.... 🏕🏕🏕🏕🏕🏕🏕🏕🏕🏕 “Check out these places (in no particular order):
Leslie Gulch OR. (Rock formations like Zion’s national Park). Horsethief Reservoir Near Cascade. 
Sage Hen Reservoir or Tripod Reservoir near Smiths Ferry.

Idaho City has some nice close spots- Greyback gulch,  10 mile CG,  Edna creek CG. 
Crooked River area just beyond Edna Creek CG on FS384.  Although you may hit a few snow patches up there. 
Past arrow rock Dam on the middle fork of the Boise has many great hot springs.  Look up Loftus Hot Springs.

Bruneau Sand Dunes is cool if you haven’t been there. 
Kirkham Hot Springs outside of Lowman. 
Celebration Park down by the Snake River is good if you are trying to stay really close to Boise. 
Lots of pretty country heading north of crouch along the middle fork of the Payette.

Anderson Ranch Reservoir.  There are lots of pull outs between Anderson Ranch and Featherville.  Or if you go father,  Baumgaetner Hot Springs.”
