Paddles Up Poké GIVEAWAY!! paddlesuppoke has long been Idaho's specialty poké restaurant, but we’ve always had to drive all the way to downtown Boise to get it. Paddles Up Poké is now in MERIDIAN!!! Right on McMillan and Eagle, next to Jamba Juice. 
Poké (pronounced POH-KAY) means “to section, slice, or to cut.” This Hawaiian classic is a very casual meal, that families in Hawaii have been packing on the go for years. 
Poké has now evolved into trendy rice bowls and “burritos” - even Poké Nachos! Paddles Up Poké does this better than anyone. And we love that they name most of their dishes after Boise landmarks. “Freak Alley Fire” “Greenbelt” 🍣 “Lucky Peak Shellfish”.... First time? We recommend - Bogus Basin” - one of their most popular bowls - featuring Yellowfin Tuna, Salmon, Crab, Piranha Sauce and all the right fixings. 
So how does it work?

First “Make your bed” White Rice, Brown Rice, Sushi Rice, Spring Mix, Zoodles. Or make it into a roll or nachos! 
Second - “Pick your catch” Chunks of raw fish marinated in special house Piranha Sauce, Yellowfin Tuna, Spicy Tuna, Salmon, Hamachi, Crab, Shrimp, Scallops, Calamari Salad, Chicken, Tofu. 
Third - “Sauce it up” - go spicy, sweet or savory. 9 sauces to choose from. 
Forth - “Top it off”
Avocado, Seaweed Salad, Cucumber, Crispy Onion, Crispy Jalapeño, Crispy Wontons, Ginger, Onion, Edamame, Carrots, Pineapple, Jalapeño, Cilantro, Green Onion, Unagi Sauce, Spicy Aioli, Wasabi Cream, Masago, Sesame Seeds, Chili Flakes, Furikake.
