Yay!!!! It’s time!!! The famous food truck cupbopidaho has officially opened their brick and mortar location on Linder and Chinden. And the grand opening is tomorrow! 11am to 9pm - They will have music, prizes, and $5 bowls! (To get the $5 special, you’re going to have to do a couple things on social media, so head over to their page to find out the details.) Are you asking, “What is Cup Bop?” - Basically it pretty delicious Korean BBQ in a cup! They take crazy tasty sweet potato noodles and/or rice and then top it all off with traditional meats, veggies, and sauces! For example, order the B-BOP bowl and get Korean style barbecue beef served with noodles and rice, lettuce and mixed cabbage, and your choice of sauces. 🍲 Make it mild or spicy, though we recommend the latter. They have vegetarian options like tofu and kimchi for your bowls. They also have delicious Mandoo - Korean deep fried dumplings. 🥟 They only use fresh meat, no MSG, and no preservatives. And these bowl are big. REALLY big. Easily shareable big. Kids size bowls available too. It’s a really cool place they’ve put together, and an extremely fun feel throughout.
