Caramelized sweet onions, Kombucha Vegan mayo, butter leaf lettuce with melted smoked Gouda. And as always, your choice of beef, bison, or turkey. Kombucha from idahokombucha. This burger sounds a little weird, but you have to try it, it is amazing. It's unlike any burger we've ever tried, and we just can't get enough. Like we needed another reason to hit this great restaurant! What's more Idaho than a restaurant specializing in potatoes! 5 different types of fries: Russet, Purple, Laura, Yam and Sweet.
