Hosted a little post holiday lunch today. Sooooo not in the mood to cook anything after this weekend. So we picked up a Cottage Pie from boisecoop deli, and it is the most delicious and comforting dish. It's basically a thick stew covered in mashed potatoes. We highly recommend.
