Well, we set out to find the best burgers in Meridian. We have a lot more to try, but it's pretty easy to see who is in the lead. countermeridian in villageatmeridian just keeps blowing us away. As a group we've been trying to work through all of their different burger options. If you know how many they have, you know that's no small feat. We've tested the bison burgers, the turkey burgers (tasted like beef to us still), the southern fried chicken "burgers". We've tried the vegan veggie, the crab cake, and of course the all natural beef from rare to well-done. Every protein is flavorful and fresh. We've tried all 13 of their different cheeses. (Herbed goat cheese! Smoked Gouda! Tillamook cheddar! Gruyere!) We've tried all seven of their buns, including the delicious gluten-free option. And we've tested the protein in a bowl over four different options of fresh greens. They have over 20 dressings and sauces to choose from. And how can we even try to explain all of the toppings? Sunny side up egg, Bacon onion marmalade, roasted corn and black bean salsa! You can basically make any kind of burger, or burger bowl that you could possibly imagine. Not to mention amazing fries including sweet potato and Parmesan shoestring. Delicious wings, deviled eggs, grilled veggie skewers.... It just goes ON AND ON!!! This is not your regular burger joint. This is where you go when you want an exceptional burger, and you really want to enjoy it. Not a dash in stuff your face kind of place, be prepared to really sit down and enjoy the experience. Wonderful quality food, and the selection is remarkable. And we didn't even mention the milkshakes. If you're heading out tonight to #rockthevillage or just want something really fun to do this weekend, The Counter Meridian will not disappoint. #hellomeridian #hellomeridianburgers #hellomeridianeats #countermeridian #venturethevillage #thisisboise
