You never forget your first time, so here’s a #TBT to my first - and so far only - outright win at the #Daytona24 in 2010. 🏆

It was a pretty special day not just because of our victory, but because we had to fight so hard against the @chipganassiracing cars for the whole 24 hours, which was a crazy, difficult, and pretty nervous 755 laps or 4,326 kilometres.

If you scroll through these pics, you can clearly see how emotional the win was for everyone at the team. They poured their hearts and souls into helping myself and my then-teammates @barbosaracing, @terryborcheller, and @ryan_dalziel achieve what we did on that day - if you want to see how much #motorsport is a team effort, then look no further than here! 

On a personal level, #Daytona 2010 was special because it marked the start of my relationship with @ax_racing / @allyracing. You may remember that I also drove for them in 2013 (P4), 2021 (P2), and you may have heard I’m with them again this weekend alongside @jimmiejohnson, @kamuikobayashi, and @pechito37… 😄

Oh, last but not least, here’s some #racing trivia for you - our 2010 victory marked the final #Daytona24 which was won outright by a #Porsche-powered car! 🏁
