🇲🇽In honor of Mexican Independence Day today, here is one of our favorite Mexican restaurants! @mitierraofficial has a wide selection of Mexican cuisine and almost every dish you can think of!
🎺There is a Mariachi Band that performs every Thursday & Friday!
💃🏻Live bands also perform at Mi Tierra from Friday-Sunday!
Here’s what we had:
🍤Camarones Gigantes en ajo (giant shrimp in garlic) ~ shrimp smothered with fresh garlic, sautéed in butter, prepared al mojo de ajo or grilled
🍝Pasta Fuentes ~ Mexican-Italian fusion. Fettuccine in alfredo sauce, mixed with seafood and served with garlic bread 
🍤Tacos de Camarón ~ grilled shrimp topped with mango pico de gallo wrapped in blue corn tortilla with a creamy chipotle sauce on the side
🐟Tacos de Pescado (fish tacos) ~ lightly breaded fish tacos topped with Mexican coleslaw wrapped in cactus tortillas with chipotle sauce on the side
