Capping off the 2021 Rose City Mile, Theresa Hailey treated the crowd to a 4:59 victory, defending her title from 2019 (we will not speak of the lost year).

The Rose City TC put on a great event, bringing the groups together for some racing at Duniway. Portland Track was proud to throw $450 into the prize purse through #OurThing- raising the stakes and competition for local racing in the Landia.
