Saturday’s action will start at 6:00pm and culminate with High Performance 10k’s at 7:45pm.

Sunday, races will start at 1:30pm and beginning at 7:05pm, track fans will be treated to the “hot window”, straight top heats of the 800m up to the 5,000m packed into a two hour window that is guaranteed to get spicy. Best bring your little battery powered fan and a pair of binoculars to capture the jostling on the back stretch as the nation’s finest gear up for their finishing kicks.
