Anna Ciacciarella '21 spent her summer working in #communitygardens as part of an #internship with the nhlandtrust. Through the internship, which was funded by quinnipiac_asi, she built relationships with and learned from local gardeners and community members in a number of New Haven's vibrant neighborhoods, while gaining important skills for the operation of a nonprofit organization.⠀

The internship was the perfect fit for the junior who chose to not only major in #English, but also create her own independent major in #environmentalstudies.⠀
