## Caption

"The picture was shot at the water's edge of a small pond near the abbey. I was in the water wearing my wellies and set up on a tripod in the water to get the best reflection that I could. I wanted to get the bank side leading into the frame toward the abbey. It was shot with a #Fuji X Pro 2 camera using a 16mm lens at ISO200 at f16 and a long shutter speed of 26 seconds." - ian_forsyth_photography

The famous Benedictine Whitby Abbey will be illuminated over four nights to coincide with #Halloween and the popular Whitby #GothWeekend. The abbey was part of the inspiration for Bram Stoker's novel, "Dracula," and sits on East cliff in the town in a commanding position overlooking the North Sea.|October 25, 2016| #GettyImagesNews
