On April 24, 1991, Princess Diana visited a hostel for abandoned children in São Paulo, Brazil, where many of the children were #HIV-positive or suffering from #AIDS. The most famous woman in the world hugging an HIV-positive baby did more to destigmatize the disease than anything before.
