Because the camera is so small, people passing by couldn’t tell that we were shooting a video. So I just looked like an extremely vain person with a full length mirror in the middle of the beach 💅🏼
I’ve been playing with mirrors and cameras for a while now, but most of the videos I’ve done have been indoors. I’d been wanting to make an outdoor mirror video, so I could get that nice natural lighting and scenic backdrop. Shoutout to katmeowz _theboon_ fannnqie for being the real MVPs of this shoot, taking turns hauling around a heavy mirror and holding it up at just the right angle while I did endless tests to figure out what movements looked good. And thanks to vonwong and kevinlustgarten for editing feedback!
