I was absolute basura the first time I used a kettlebell, but just like anything else, I stuck with it. 

There are plenty of ways to use them, and how you use them is up to you and what you are trying to achieve. Here I was using it as warmup before my training session.

Warming up my body in different planes of motion so there will be no limits.
