Bath graduated from the Howard University College of Medicine with honors in 1968. She became the first African American female doctor to receive a medical patent. Bath is most known for inventing the Laserphaco Probe. Dr. Bath’s legacy is without question, one of truth and service. #HowardForever 🙏🏾.
