We're only here for a little while, so we might as well get comfortable with who we are this time around.

This was an improvisation that happened the night I found out that I had been chosen to be one of four #formationscholars made possible by #beyonce and her #beygood initiative.
Here I am singing and playing my guitar. I finished my first year at #howarduniversity with a 4.0. And now I get to return to school with a scholarship that will bring me within a couple of credits of becoming a certified music therapist. What an honor and a privilege!
