Moving on from quarter finals to an easier week of training before we start Semi Finals prep.
Even with an easier week of training the goal is to maintain good habits. Keep eating well, keep recovering, keep doing the things that make me feel good so that next weeks training starts smooth.
Lots of ice baths and recovery this week, then the best down begins again 😂🥶
