Last year, 21,000 pounds of trash were collected from St. Simons Island beaches, parks and parking lots during the three-day Georgia-Florida football weekend. Trash that makes it into the ocean can harm marine life and impact coastal water quality. Please remind everyone to #stashyourtrash.
