Why did you apply to be a NSE leader?
Because I had such an authentic NSE experience with my orientation leader, Bridget Lang, I wanted to be able to offer the same opportunity for students to fall in love with Nebraska in the way that she did for me!

Name a person who has helped you be successful at Nebraska.
My ADPR professor, Nancy Mitchell, was a huge factor in helping me network throughout the CoJMC! She provided encouragement and a support system for me within the college which helped make Nebraska feel like home.

When you tell people you attend the University of Nebraska, how do you describe your school?
I describe UNL as home. UNL is the reason for so much of my academic, personal, and professional growth over the past two years.

Tell us about one experience that you have had that has been memorable or impactful on your college experience.
Recently, I had the opportunity to tour advertising agencies in Chicago with Ad Club which was such an incredible experience. It has been one of my highlights of college thus far as it gave me the tools to confidently pursue a career in ADPR alongside a community full of talented classmates.

Best advice to a new college student:
Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone. This is a time made for self-exploration, so don't let comparison or doubts hold you back from trying new things and meeting new people!
