Our #CoJMCAlumni spotlight this week is Charlsie Bastian, an Arlington, Nebraska, native.

Charlsie, a 2015 ADPR grad, is an optimization strategist at Verizon Media (formerly Yahoo!).

She said the most important thing she learned at the CoJMC is the power of collaboration and teamwork.
.
“During my time at Jacht, it was a cool experience to work with people who had different strengths than you to create a campaign or a creative strategy or a video,” Charlsie said. “When you bring people together who excel at different aspects of the creative process, the end result is so much better and innovative than what each person would come up with themselves.”
