Ayo, new year wellness check. 🕜 To cap off our week of topics and discussions in relation to oneself, today we’re excited to announce our first video collaboration with CMO of omdenaglobal Michael Burkahardt 😄🎉. He runs a meditation community in 📍Mexico City and has been holding workshops, mainly for remote workers and digital nomads, to teach the importance of mindfulness 🧘‍♀️ and the general benefits of meditation 📿 to daily lives.
